How does delivery work?
Our system always selects the most ideal shipping method for you, based on the package size and your convenience:
- 📦 Pickup point delivery: If there is a suitable package pickup point within a 5-kilometer radius of your specified shipping address, delivery will automatically be directed there. This way, you can pick up your order when and where it's most convenient for you.
- 🏡 Home delivery: We will deliver your package directly to your door if there is no available pickup point within your 5-kilometer radius, or if the ordered product (such as a climbing frame, learning tower, or larger furniture) is too large for package lockers.
Shipping fees
Since our offerings include both small accessories and large wooden toys, the shipping fee varies depending on the product type (size, weight) and shipping distance. The exact amount will always be transparently displayed in the cart before you confirm payment.

As soon as your package is on its way, we will send you a tracking number, which you can use to track its movement in real-time at any time. As the package approaches you, you will receive notifications at every important stage – from dispatch to arrival.

🏦 Procedure for payment by bank transfer:
After placing your order, you will receive our bank account number and detailed transfer instructions by email. Please include your order number as a reference, and transfer the amount within 3 business days. The package will be dispatched after the transfer has been received.
🔄 In case of refund – for withdrawal or return, the refund will automatically be credited back to the bank card or payment method used for the purchase. The amount is usually credited within 5–10 business days.
